Linens 101

Renting linens for your event is a convenient and practical choice. I’ve never ordered linens before. Where do I begin?

When ordering linens for rentals, consider the following steps to ensure a smooth and successful process:

1. Determine Your Needs: Calculate the number of tables and other furniture items that require linens. Consider the sizes and shapes of tables (round, rectangular, etc).

2. Choose Your Style: Select linen colors that complement your event theme. Decide if you would like the linens to come half way down (lap length) or to the floor (floor length).

3. Place Your Order Early: Reserve your linens well in advance to secure availability, especially during peak seasons or for large events. Confirm delivery and pickup times to coordinate with your event schedule.

4. Confirm Details: Double-check your order details, including quantities, colors, sizes, and any additional accessories. Ensure that everything is accurate and meets your expectations before finalizing the order.

5. Communication: Maintain open communication to address any questions or changes. Provide clear instructions for delivery. Understand the rental terms regarding delivery, setup, and pickup, as well as any damage or cleaning fees.

Crease lines & wrinkles

When linens arrive, they'll be neatly pressed, folded and hung on hangers. Depending on the linen size, most linens will have a center crease along the middle of the linen. While we do everything we can to avoid wrinkles, they can happen anywhere the linen folds. You are welcome to spot steam the linens on-site if you prefer to have a completely wrinkle free look. On-site steaming services can be provided for an additional fee. Contact us for more information.

Never steam/iron linens directly iron on a table. This will result in damage to the table.
